Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Packages are only delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping is free and it usually takes place within 3-6 business days.
Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the contact person.
If I place an order online, can I collect it in store?
In-store collection is offered by a select number of stores. When purchasing, you can select the store closest to you.
It’s really easy: simply add items to your shopping cart and when purchasing, you can select a store that currently offers in-store collection.
When you come to collect it, simply bring your order number and a form of ID.
How long do I have to collect an order in store?
You have up to 7 days after your order arrives in store. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
If it is not collected, we will arrange a refund.
What carrier will be delivering my order?
All orders ship via UPS.
How can I track my order?
You will be emailed as items in your order ship, and with any updates regarding the status of your order.
If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.
Is a signature required?
A signature is required for all orders over $700USD. Should you choose to waive the signature electronically through a My Choice UPS account, you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage once the package has been released at the address, per the UPS My Choice Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier arrives?
The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact UPS to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point). If you are unable to contact UPS or if you do not collect the order from the collection point, the package will be returned to our warehouse for a full refund. Regrettably, we are unable to reroute packages at this time.
Are there any addresses you cannot ship to?
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, mail forwarding services, or any address outside of the United States. Max Mara will only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. We are unable to re-route any packages.
Is my package insured?
All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
What if my order is lost?
If you believe that your order has been lost, please contact our customer care team at customercare@usa.maxmara.com and they will assist you with tracking your order.
Can I redirect my order after it ships?
Regrettably, Max Mara is unable to reroute packages. Once the order has completed processing, it must be delivered to the shipping addresses provided at the time of checkout.
