Collect and Return in Store

At this time all in-store services are only available at select locations. For more information, please contact our customer service or your local Max Mara Boutique.
Buy online and collect your order in-store; it couldn’t be simpler:
-Add your item to your Shopping Bag
-On the checkout page, select the option “In-store collection”
-Choose your nearest store
Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email informing you your items are ready to collect in-store.
Remember, in order to pick up your items; you must present your ID and a copy of the order confirmation email. Lastly, this service is only available in the USA, and you will have 7 working days to collect your items. If you are unable to pick up your items within this time frame, they will be returned, and you will receive a refund.
You may return your purchase easily in any participating Max Mara location, and our staff will process the return for you.
This service is only available in the USA and must be completed within 14 days from delivery.
Lastly, to complete an in-store return, you must show your order number. Please note if you have requested a return online or with our customer care team we will be unable to accept an instore return.
