RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure the products are exactly as you received them, with all tags and accessories (shoes must be returned within their branded box).

For return shipping, you can either use the original order box or a similar, sturdy packaging.

The courier will arrive on the date and at the time specified within the return request.

We will send you an email with a Tracking Number so that you track your return as soon as your package arrives at the courier office responsible for deliveries.

N.B. There should be no label attached to the parcel nor should there be any shipping address shown.

 

3.

After receiving your return, we will carry out checks to ensure that all conditions have been adhered to before accepting the products.

If successful, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been accepted and your refund will be issued.
